Z Height MeasurementsMeasure via a process known as “differential focus”. Measurements readings to three decimal places. The system magnification should be high to reduce the depth of field. Fine focus adjustment on the focus block is recommended. Measurement can be taken directly to computer via USB2 cable which also powers the digital gauge. This can also be taken directly into an open spreadsheet by use of “hotkeys” setup on the computer. System components include dial gauge, dial gauge bracket, power lead/Opto cable, Winwedge software, Cable USB to serial adapter. |

Cross hairs generatorCross hairs cover the width and height of the screen. Control of position is via. ten turn potentiometers with knobs.

Cross hairs in a boxSize and position controlled with 4 ten turn potentiometers. For use with pick and place machines or other applications where component location, positioning and alignment is required. Cross hairs show the centre of the generated box. The switch cancels the cross hairs and the video image in the box becomes lighter or darker.
